Our Sommelier team specializes in wine cellar and collection advice - for both emergency and long-term wine portfolio management. We offer nationwide services for a wide range of customers from planning initial collections to assisting seasoned collectors.  

Inventory Management - We will take a full inventory of your wine collection, including labeling, organizing, and reorganizing all bins/shelves. Your cellar organization is based on your preferences - including region, grape variety and expected readiness of each bottle/vintage.  We can utilize any existing cellar tracking software/spreadsheet already in place, or we can suggest a market leading cellar organization program - such as Cellar Tracker.  This provide our customers with a wide range of data, at their fingertips, including professional tasting notes, wine scores, ideal aging and drinking windows, as well as specific vintage information/quality.

Ongoing Maintenance -Our team of certified Sommeliers and Wine Educators will help you maintain your inventory/cellar conditions on an ongoing basis, assist with wine acquisitions (including rare/hard to find selections), as well as ensure you know which bottles in your collection are drinking at their best.
